Five Favorites, hosted at MoxieWife.com

I don’t know what it is about autumn, but I always find myself wanting to wear all Boden, all the time. Especially their dresses (paired with opaque tights, cardigans, and boots, of course). Just look at these sweet little numbers…

1.

Libby

Boden

2.

Audrey

Boden2

3.

Amelie

Boden3

4.

Kate

Boden4

5.

Hannah

Boden6

Don’t you just love them? I just love them.

Happy fall, sweet peas!
Hallie

You and my daughter Bella seem to have similar tastes in dresses. She just ordered the Kate dress.

I love them, but I’m afraid you have to have a flat tummy and hourglass figure to wear them. Two things I have not.

I want every one of them! Alas, I do not have the figure for them. Yet. Working on it.

Wow! They’re beautiful! But I had the same thought as Colleen.

I’m pinning all my hopes on Libby until I get this baby weight off. Don’t you think she might be kind to a mid-section? I guess it would depend some on torso length, though.

As for the hourglass thing, I don’t know. I think a couple of them would be great for creating the illusion of an hourglass shape for less curvy gals.

Perhaps we need to visit a Boden brick and mortar store together so we can better assess the situation. ;)

Right there with you, sweet pea. Boden-wearing party when we hit goal? :)

Hallie @ Moxie Wife October 2, 2013 at 8:41 am

She sounds like my kind of gal. :)

Isn’t that color to die for? And the buttons! I LOVE the buttons.

I’ve never heard of Boden. Why have I never heard of Boden? Perhaps a conspiracy led by my savings account because now I must have ALL.the.dresses!!

I like the Aubrey best, and I think it would be the most “forgiving” for a less than flat tummy, because it looks like it provides a lot of “structure”. Alas, it definitely does not look breastfeeding-friendly.

The Libby Kate and Amelie look like they would be good for certain body types (but not mine..my hips are too big for flared skirts/dresses which just make them look bigger)..but they would look cute on someone with the typical hourglass shape.

Obsessed.

Hallie @ Moxie Wife October 2, 2013 at 9:31 am

Girl, you need to get that savings account in hand. ;)

Mandi @ Messy Wife, Blessed Life October 2, 2013 at 9:34 am

They don’t look breastfeeding friendly… and unfortunately, I just can’t justify spending money on anything that I (hopefully!) will not be able to wear for large chunks of time!

I’m with you, Mandi. I’m currently nursing our two month old (our 4th baby) so I don’t see any cute dresses in my near future.

Anna October 2, 2013 at 11:52 am

Beautiful yes. But I need something I can breastfeed in. Or be pregnant in. Since I’m always one or the other or both.

Kat Crow October 2, 2013 at 1:02 pm

Love, love and love these dresses! I need to get me to a thrift shop, I think I just found me some inspiration :)

After reading through the comments, know what I’m hearing? “SO,” we’re asking each other, “WHO MAKES EQUALLY CUTE DRESSES THAT WE CAN NURSE IN?” Hallie, do you know what women did back in the day when we ALL always wore dresses? Inquiring minds want to know…

I love them, and I’m not even nursing! That stupid baby weight gets me every time, though… I suppose I’ll just window shop for now. :)

I just can’t even LOOK until I’m not breastfeeding anymore! But these ARE cute!

OH MY GOSH! I just love them. Maybe I’ll get one for when we go home… we have no fall season in the South, just less hot and still rainy.

I had to comment! I have the Amelie and am 5 months postpartum. The design does lovely thing to my tummy and the neck is stretchy enough to pull down for breastfeeding. When it came in the mail, I put it on and my husband’s eyes lit up- it looks wonderful. Just be warned it is a bit short.
